Azerbaijani Committee on Tortures to conduct monitoring of high security correctional facility N1

The Azerbaijan’s Committee on tortures will conduct monitoring of the high security correctional facility в"- 1, the Committee’s member Elchin Behbudov told Trend, noting that the British Ambassador to Azerbaijan advisor on political issues Declan Bon will take part in the monitoring together with him.

During the monitoring they will get familiar with the prisoners’ maintenance, nourishment conditions and etc.
