If the next decision of the Election Panel of Judges does not satisfy the candidates, they can apply to the Court-Legal Council, Husseynov stressed.
The third stage of the exam will be over after completion of these processes. The third stage will be verbal. The date and place of the stage will be determined by the Court-Legal Council, he noted.
