Forcibly displaced Azeris will to return from Kazakhstan

The heads of the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations, arrived in Baku from the Asian countries to participate in the world Azerbaijanis 2nd congress on Thursday, will come out with some proposals at the event. Azerbaijanis, forcibly displaced to Kazakhstan from 1937 to 1938, will to return to the motherland, Trend reports quoting Ali Najafov, the head of Azerbaijan Society in Kazakhstan. We first want solution of difficult problems of Azerbaijan. Many of the Azerbaijani community hope for repatriation after solution of problems, he said.

Abulfaz Khammadov, the chair of the Azerbaijani Congress in Kazakhstan, noted that the proposals would be aimed at expansion of the Azerbaijani-Kazakh relations. According to Khammadov, 120,000 Azerbaijanis live among 130 peoples in Kazakhstan. He also stressed that the world Azerbaijanis 1st congress became a model for familiarization of Azerbaijanis from different countries with each other, ensuring of unity and solidarity, rendering of mutual assistance in solution of problems. The 2nd congress will be significant in the view of the organization of Azerbaijani Diaspora.
