The Azerbaijani education ministry presented a development program on providing secondary schools with the pedagogical staff in 2005-2009, the ministry told Trend.
A full report and financial forecast for 4 years have been presented by the government. Meanwhile, the ministry offered its proposals on spreading financial means provided for the implementation of the project by the state budget to the Justice Ministry.
Measures will be undertaken to attract more teachers to the rural regions. Salaries of rural teachers are expected to be raised and additional benefits and incentives will be offered. A new version of the educational program for 2006-2007 is underway now and all relevant materials will soon be submitted to the Finance ministry.
