Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / On 11 April Yasamal District Court of Baku City held a court session regarding the law suit from the Head of the Centre for Protection of the Rights of Refugees and IDPs, Tatyana Chaladze, against the editor-in-chief of the newspapers Real Azerbaijan and Gundelik (Daily) Azerbaijan, Eynulla Fatullayev.
According to the decision of the court, the law suit was decided in favour of Chaladze. The next court hearing has been scheduled for 16 April. The authors of the law suit require that Fatullayev should be made accountable under article 147 of the State's Criminal Code. On 6 April, Yasamal District Court had made a decision penalizing Fatullayev and his newspapers to the amount of AZN 20,000.
