Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr.K.Zarbaliyeva / Elchin Behbudov, the Chairman of the Committee Against Torture stated on 25 May, that the temporary isolation investigation cells used for defendants of the Grave Court did not meet standards.
Behbudov appealed to Mahmud Nabiyev, the Judge, with the request to repair these cells.
In spite of appeal no action has been taken. Behbudov intends to appeal to the Higher Authorities, as he considers the present condition of the cells to be torturous.
