Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. E.Javadova / The criminal trial involving Azerbaijan's former Minister of Economic Development, Farhad Aliyev, his brother Rafik Aliyev, former President of the Azpetrol Group of Companies, and seventeen other people, has been continued at the Court of Heinous Crimes presided over by Judge Tofik Pashayev.
Nine people have been questioned in the first half of the day. The witnesses, Rovshan Ganbarov, Murad Darchinov, Shafiga Aliyeva, Nargiz Mammadova, Khuraman Alizadeh and many others gave testimonies regarding misappropriation of state property. The witnesses approved the facts regarding misappropriation of several facilities situated in Baku by the relatives of F.Aliyev. The court trial is now in progress.
