Over the past days of March, some insurers and insurance agents have received complaints related to the fact that the new system does not work stably.
Nigar Ibrahimova, Underwriting & Reinsurance Department Director of the AtaSigorta OJSC insurance company said that sometimes insurers cannot keep track of the insurance contracts and their payments.
Rashad Ahmadov noted that most of these difficulties are related to the fact that representatives of insurers working with this system did not fully familiarize themselves with the changed interface of the platform and its new features, adding that the bureau does not leave a single appeal without consideration in any case, and provides maximum support to the insurance community.
To this date, there are 22 insurance companies and one reinsurance company in Azerbaijan, of which 16 are participants of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau and, thus, are entitled to carry out the relevant types of compulsory insurance.
