Russia’s Bashspirt JSC plans to hold business meetings with representatives of the Azerbaijani retail and wholesale companies interested in purchasing alcoholic beverages, Alexander Kozlov, head of the export department of Bashspirt JSC, told Trend.
Kozlov said that the company's products are not available in Azerbaijan yet, but they may be of interest to the local retail companies.
“We repeatedly discussed the issues of interaction and cooperation with our Azerbaijani colleagues last years,” head of the department added. “Our products are not available in Azerbaijan yet, but they may be of interest to the Azerbaijani retail companies. Azerbaijani winemakers are also interested in entering the market of Russia's Bashkortostan with their best wine and cognac.”
Kozlov said that only the epidemiological situation can change the cooperation between Azerbaijani companies and Bashspirt JSC.
“Presently, we are waiting for confirmation from our Azerbaijani colleagues about the readiness to receive us and organize business meetings with representatives of Azerbaijani retail companies and wholesale buyers of alcoholic beverages,” he said.
Bashspirt JSC is among the top six producers of alcoholic beverages in Russia. The popular brands of the company are represented in 73 regions of the Russian Federation and abroad.
Moreover, Bashspirt JSC is a manufacturer of biologically pure products, has ECO-certificates for all its brands.
The representatives of Bashspirt JSC plan to visit Azerbaijan as part of a delegation of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation from February 15 through February 19, 2022.
