BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. The Azexport portal (www.azexport.az) completed export orders for $132.6 million from January through March 2022, which is 1.07 percent more than in the same period in 2021, Trend reports citing "Export Review" of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications of Azerbaijan.
According to the center, Azexport completed export orders in the amount of $48.7 million in March 2022, which is 15.9 percent more than in the same month of 2021 ($42 million).
Azexport portal has fulfilled orders for the supply of products from Azerbaijan to 145 countries worth over $2.9 billion for 63 months of work.
The number of goods exported in March 2022 through the portal included: building materials, potatoes, strawberries, wheat flour, poultry meat, corn and sunflower oils.
Azexport has been established by the order of President of Azerbaijan "On the creation of a single database of goods produced in Azerbaijan" dated September 21, 2016.
