BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 4. The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan has leased 188,000 of apartments with the right of subsequent redemption ad of beginning of August 2022, Trend reports via Fund's Press Service.
The Fund leased 180 apartments with the right of subsequent redemption.
"The Fund provided guarantees for business loans in the amount of 312.411 million manat ($183.771 million) at the beginning of August. In general, the volume of loans issued at the beginning of August amounted to about 2.23 billion manat ($1.311 billion), and the number of citizens who improved their living conditions due to these loans amounted to 39,778 thousand people," the press service said.
The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund was established following the Presidential Decree in 2017 through the reorganization and merger of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC and Azerbaijan Credit Guarantee Fund OJSC.
