Baku records increase in paid service costs rendered to population

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 30. The cost of paid services provided to Baku's population totaled 3.251 billion manat ($1.9 billion) from January through August 2022, increasing by 7.2 percent against the same period of 2021, Trend reports via the Baku City Statistics Department.

During this period, legal entities provided the capital's population with services, accounting for 3.044 billion manat ($1.79 billion), or 93.6 percent of the overall service value.

From January through August 2022, the cost of paid services rendered to the city's residents increased by 7.1 percent compared to the same period of 2021 and amounted to 2.86 billion manat ($1.6 billion).
