BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 21. Azerbaijani STP [Sumgayit Technologies Park] Global Cable LLC plans to start exporting payment and information terminals to Türkiye, as well as Hungary and other EU countries, Director of Research and Development Department at the LLC Yusif Ahmadov told Trend on October 21.
According to Ahmadov, in order to implement this initiative, the company started the appropriate certification of terminals.
"We intend to start selling our terminals abroad in the coming five-six months," he said.
The department head stressed that STP Global Cable is working on the production of terminals for three local companies.
"For one of the companies, we produce 200 terminals, while for others - 120 and 65, respectively. Today, the production capacity of the LLC is 2,500-3,000 terminals per year. We aim to increase this figure to 5,000 per year," added Ahmadov.
