BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 12. The turnover via cash registers of the new generation exceeded 19.5 billion manat ($11.4 billion) in Azerbaijan in 2022, Trend reports via the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
According to the service, this figure is 26.6 percent more than in 2021.
Up until now, more than 83,210 cash registers of the new generation have been installed in markets and service locations.
The devices have been installed stage by stage since the second quarter of 2019.
