BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 10. The value of exports of Turkish auto industry products to Azerbaijan decreased from January through February 2023, Turkish Ministry of Trade told Turkicworld, Trend reports.
According to the ministry, this figure amounted to $16.7 million, down by 29.2 percent on annual basis.
In February this year, Türkiye exported auto industry products worth $8.9 million to Azerbaijan, which is 10.4 percent less compared to the same month in 2022, the ministry added.
The total export value of Turkish auto industry products increased by 12.2 percent from January through February 2023, compared to the same period of the last year, and equaled $5.3 billion.
Türkiye exported auto industry products in the amount of $2.6 billion in February 2023, which is 3.7 percent more than in February 2022.
The country totally exported the mentioned products worth $31.6 billion over the past 12 months (from February 2022 through February 2023).
In 2022, Türkiye's total value of auto industry products export increased by 5.7 percent compared to 2021 and totaled $30.9 billion.
