BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 7. Prices on the secondary real estate market in Baku continue to grow year-on-year, Director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend.
"Prices on the secondary real estate market of the capital increased by 19.87 percent in April 2023 compared to the same period in 2022, and compared to March 2023 - by 1.44 percent. The cost per square meter in the secondary real estate market amounted to 1,906 manat ($1,121) during the reporting period," Ibrahimov said.
He noted that the total volume of offers on the secondary market amounted to 1,776 (an increase of 9.36 percent over the year, compared to last month - by 3.62 percent).
The cost per square meter on the secondary real estate market was 1,879 manat ($1,105), while the total volume of offers on the secondary market was 1,714 in March 2023.
