BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. The Turkish port of Aliaga in Izmir received 3,757 vessels from January through July 2023, Trend reports.
According to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye, the port of Aliaga received 980 vessels under the Turkish flag and 2,777 vessels under the flags of other countries during the specified period.
The ports of Türkiye received 5,606 vessels in July 2023.
During this period, the number of ships accepted by Turkish ports under the flags of other countries amounted to 3,628, while under the flag of Türkiye - 1,978.
The ports of Türkiye received 34,444 vessels from January through July 2023.
The number of vessels accepted by Turkish ports under the flags of other countries amounted to 23,728, and under the flag of Türkiye - 10,716, during this period.
