BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 27. Private and country houses rose in price by an average of 21.72 percent in Baku in November 2023 year-on-year, director of MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend.
At the same time, price growth amounted to 4.69 percent compared to last month.
"The average cost of one square meter of area in private and country houses amounted to 1,076 manat ($632) in November 2023, and the total volume of proposals for the year increased by 14.62 percent, decreased in monthly terms by 1.68 percent - total volume of offers amounted to 1,168," Ibrahimov said.
Also, the cost of one square meter of area in private and country houses amounted to 943 manat ($554) as of January 1, 2023, while the total volume of offers amounted to 1,017.
