Azerbaijan’s Akkord talks construction progress of major livestock complex in district

Azerbaijan’s Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation OJSC continues to implement a new project in the field of agriculture in one of Azerbaijan’s regions, a source in the company told Trend.
This includes construction of a major livestock complex in Shamakhi district, according to the source.
“Construction work continues on the territory of Sabir village in the Shamakhi district,” the source noted. “In this project, Akkord carries out a major order for the production of metal structures weighing 3,000 tons, and is also involved in construction work.”
The company has developed a work plan for the coming 6 months, and will act in accordance with the established schedule.
“The work will last until the middle of next year,” the source said.
The Akkord corporation took an active part in the construction of road infrastructure on Galaba Square near the Ganjlik metro station and at the intersections of adjacent streets in Baku upon the project of Singapore’s Surbana International Consultants PTC LTD.
The corporation holds a leading position in the implementation of projects for the construction of bridges, tunnels and other road projects, residential houses and other public buildings, as well as in the production of building materials.
