AzVIRT LLC, an Azerbaijani construction company, continues implementing a large-scale project in Kyrgyzstan, a source in the company told Trend.
According to the source, this is about the beginning of the second phase of the work related to the laying of road infrastructure.
“The project’s first phase had preparation character, and also envisioned start and completion of earth works. In total, the project consists of five phases of works. As of now, as much as 10-12 percent of the works have been carried out. The reconstruction of the Bishkek-Osh road with a total length of 67 kilometers in the Central Asian country is ahead. According to preliminary calculations, it is planned to complete the project by October 2022,” the source noted.
The company is currently involved in several large projects in Azerbaijan and abroad, including, in particular, in the implementation of a second road project in Serbia and Ukraine. The company also plans to implement a road project in Bosnia.
AzVirt company is one of the well-known contractors in Azerbaijan in the field of construction of roads, runways and airports.
Besides the design and construction of roads and big facilities, the company is also involved in production of building materials such as asphalt mixtures, fraction gravel, and activated mineral powder.
