Turkmenistan will continue the construction of residential houses, buildings, squares and parks, as well as prepare proposals for investment projects of the 17th stage of development of the capital-Ashgabat, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan's State News Agency.
The relevant instructions were given by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working meeting of the country.
The president also noted that the work carried out within the framework of the next stage of development of the capital of Turkmenistan should fully meet the requirements of the time. In particular, this applies to the preparation of investment projects.
According to the instructions, the importance of reporting on the implementation of adopted programs, plans and decisions for the further socio-economic development of Ashgabat was noted.
Turkmenistan exceeded the estimates for production and provision of services in the construction sector by 16.2 percent from January through October 2020.
The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan surpassed projections in the construction sector by 9.8 percent during the reporting period.
Turkmen Ministry of Industry and Construction of the country exceeded the plan for the provision of services by 0.4 percent, and the Ministry of Energy by 6.1 percent.
The municipal administration of the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, exceeded the plan for works performed and services rendered by 14 percent from January through October.
