GTZ Ready to Pay Half of Azerbaijani Juice Export Alliance’s Expenditures

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / The German Technical Assistance (GTZ) company agreed to pay expenditures of local and foreign consultants at the first stage of operation of exporters' alliance, Emil Majidov, the president of the Azerbaijani Export and Investment Promoting Fund (AZPROMO), said.

GTZ is also ready to render assistance in future.

"Initially the administrative expenditures of the alliance to be divided between GTZ and AZPROMO equally," Majidov said.

The members of the alliance have already achieved accord on membership fees; however, the issue is postponed till the functioning of juice experts to be arranged.

Some of juice producers, M-Pro, Navai and others signed contracts with European companies to purchase the necessary equipments and techniques.

Initially the alliance was founded by six leading companies, Milk-PRO, Gilan, SAF, Granet Haji, Gamalhan, Miri-Pak, Navai, now the list has been increasing to nine.

The main goal of unification of juice producers is to resolve the problem linked with upgrade equipments.
