Azerbaijan, Baku, 13 March / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / The State Property Register Service of Azerbaijan registered 3,128 properties in February, the Service reported on 13 March.
Some 933 registered properties fell on the first and 2,195 on the second property market.
Some 200 out of 933 registered premises on the first property market fell on land market, 55 - uninhabited premises, 535 - apartments, 64 - private houses, 36 - country houses, 6 - on enterprises.
Some 146 out of 2,195 registered properties on the second property market fell on land market, 198 - uninhabited premises, 1,545 - apartments, 216 - private houses, 30 - country houses, 13 - on enterprises.
In February, the State Service registered 633 mortgage crediting agreements.
