Azerfon Conducts ‘Let’s Go For a Career’ Workshops

Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 May / Trend / On April 18-19 and 26-27, the students of Baku and Ganja institutions of hi gher education attended the seminar conducted within the scope of Let's Go for a Career. At this time 45 students have become the attendees of trainin gs dedicated to the actual subjects such as 'Adaptation to the first work place' and 'Looking for a job'.

Durin g the course of trainin g the attendees have been provided with the detailed information about a proper work division at the workin g place, drawin g up a CV correctly, self-presentation durin g an interview, problems which may appear in a work place and their ways of settlement.

On the whole, it is planned to provide assistance to nearly 300 students within the scope of the project 'Let's Go for a Career' in very si gnificant issues such as career buildin g, selection of a work place, professional growth etc. Durin g 2008, it is envisa ged to conduct monthly seminars on various subjects.

The events were held in Baku at Nar Mobile Career Buildin g Center located at the new buildin g of Azerbaijan State Economic University and Ganja State University in Ganja. The pro gram is included in the frame of corporate social strate gy. The authors of the pro gram and or ganizers are Nar Mobile and Azerbaijan State Economic University. The strate gic partners of the project are the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technolo gies. The project executor is 'Debate in Civil Society' Public Union.
