Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 August / Trend corr. A.Badalova / Arif Garashov, the Head of the State Real Estate Register Service, said that 20% of real estate has been registered after establishment of the Service.
For six months 2008, the Service has registered 61,612 property rights. Some 20,325 premises refers to the first market and 41,287 - second market. The activity in the first market has increased by 11 % and in the second market - 21% in 2008 against 2007.
Some 9.906 mortgage deals have been granted of state register and technical passports of 46,841property premises have been developed.
The key aim of the Head of the State Real Estate Register Service to register real estate in compliance with the state legislation.
