Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 12 / Trend , corr. S.Babayeva / Garadagh Cement, the Azerbaijani largest concrete producing plant made public the report on influence of the environment the project on extension of production capacity, a source from the company reported.
The project provides renewal of the concrete plant near the Sahil settlement, in particular construction of a new furnace, which will operate on dry technology.
The Swiss Holcim privatized Garadagh Cement in 1999. Holcim holds 69.4% of Garadagh Cement stocks, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 10%, Azerbaijan Investment Company - 10% and the remaining 10.6% - small shareholders
Board of Directors of Holcim Grpup, key stockholder of Garadagh Cement, approved the project on updating plant worth €300mln in September of 2007. Holcim Group will undertake great part of investment for the project.

Comments and opinions on the report will be accepted in Garadagh Cement.
On Dec. 17 and 18 the company will also held the day of opened doors for data and discussions of the project.
