A delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will visit Turkey at the beginning of January, a formal statement said on Monday.
Treasury Undersecretariat of Turkey released a statement and said there has been progress on technical work for a deal between Turkey and IMF.
Turkish authorities invited IMF delegation to Turkey to hold talks on policies, structural regulations, content of the deal and some other issues.
IMF delegation is expected to visit Turkey next month.
Turkey has signed 19 stand-by deal with the IMF so far, reported World bulletin.
