UN Agency, the Azerbaijani Government, private sector, donor and civil communities have started designing of five years United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF).
"The new framework paper will be brought to accordance with a program to decrease poverty and stable development," the UN said.
The Economy Development Ministry is a coordinator to design the paper on behalf of Azerbaijan.
A special meeting on the matter will be held in the ministry on May 22. The meeting will be attended by UN officials and partners to define priorities of further UN activity in Azerbaijan 2011-2015.
As soon as the paper to be approved, Azerbaijan will represent it to the UN Council of Agency Management in March 2010.
The term of the current paper expires in 2010.
