A new instrument - convertible debt bonds - will appear on Azerbaijani securities market, Chairman of the State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan Rufat Aslanli said.
"We plan to introduce a new type of corporate securities, in which an interest was displayed by one of the potential issuers, which has already appealed to the State Committee," said Aslanli.
"We believe that in the next few months, these securities will appear on the market," said Aslanli.
According to Aslanli, over the past five months, a revival of almost 50 percent has been observed on the market of corporate securities.
