By the help of the Islamic Development Bank, the National Depository Center (NDC) plans to establish direct electronic communication among the NDC, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSEX) and broker companies to improve the securities market in the country and IT base of the NDC, the center said.
With this regard, NDC has developed a project to apply new software. New software will intensify procedures in the securities market, reduce risks, remove gradually the turnover of documentation while registering operation in the market and enable to apply electronic document turnover among the participants in the market.
The NDC has launched applying a new software, as well as training for brokers to acquaint them with new software.
