Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov charged the corresponding agencies to strengthen control over construction of facilities paying special attention to observance of tern and quality of operations.
Official Turkmen source said that Turkmen President gave these instructions as the last governmental meeting.
"State agencies must thoroughly control fulfillment of all contractual obligations, including high quality and strict observance of the projects' term," Berdymukhamedov said.
He said that officials guilty in non-fulfillment of these conditions will appear in the court.
Several facilities are being constructed in Ashgabat upon foreign companies' contracts. French company Bouygues fulfills major orders on construction of the governmental organizations. Turkish companies deal with housing resources and trade complexes.
Today Berdymukhamedov approved the contracts with Turkish companies, including 5M Inshaat Textile, ERG Inshaat, Sumer, Shahin, Polimex charged to construct several trade houses.
