Based on the BSE Analytical Department calculations, in 2009 UniCapital headed ranking of brokers with brokerage services of 308.9 million manat in the government securities market (excluding repo operations market).
The second leading broker was Brokdil-Az with brokerage services of 151 million manat being 157.9 million less than the indicator of UniCapital.
Standard Capital held the third place in ranking of brokers with 146.06 million manat.
In 2009, about 12 brokerage companies operated in this segment of BSE. One of these companies was Azerintertrade, which was later renamed to Chelsea Capital after the change of ownership.
