A branch of the Arab Company Digital Management Corp. passed the state registration through the "single window" in the Ministry of Taxes in Azerbaijan in January, the official website of the Ministry said.
Its founder is the Arab Grant Thornton. The organization was registered on Jan. 22, 2010. Representative of the company became British citizen Mohammed Farooq.
