The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers made the decision to include all historical and cultural monuments in the list of enterprises that cannot be rented.
Based on the decision, there may be some exceptions under the law.
The decision was made to execute a paragraph (1.2) of an Azerbaijani presidential decree on "Applying the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments" dated March 15, 2010.
