The volume of deals on the secondary housing market in Baku in June slightly reduced by 0.3 percent in May, the Public Organization "Property market participants" said.

According to the results of monitoring conducted by experts of the organization on the secondary housing market in Baku in June, the number of proposals on the oldest apartments reduced. Despite the steady decline of proposals, the share of primary residence on the secondary market amounted to 61.2 percent.

Proposals on the secondary housing market in June reduced by 1.4 percent, prices for the period reduced by 1.9 percent. Prices did not increase in June in any district of Baku. A significant decrease was noted in Yasamal district - at 2.4 percent. Average price per square meter on the secondary housing market in Baku in June was $1,110 compared to $ 1,132 in May.

The average room rate for this period amounted to 2.53, the average price of rooms was $45,437, the price of apartments - $116,342.

The most active areas of Baku in June at a rate of activity were Khatai, Yasamal, Binagadi and Narimanov districts.

Proposals on the secondary housing market of Baku in June reduced by 1.4 percent. About 6,460 apartments were offered on the market. Active areas during this period were Yasamal, Nasimi, Narimanov and Khatai districts. The share in total portfolio market amounted to 80.3 percent.

The share of one-room apartments on the secondary housing market of Baku in June was 14.8 percent, two-room - 37,6 percent, three-room - 39,1 percent, four-room - 7,6 percent, five-room - 0,8 percent.
