The Russian "Kazan City" tanker has paid a fine of 70,000 lari and received the right to free navigation, the Georgian Border Police told Trend.

"Kazan City" entered the port of Poti on Dec. 4 to unload four tons of fuel. While carrying out the operation, the crew split the oil.

The Russian ship has already left Georgia's territorial waters.
