Turkish dry cargo detained in Georgia

The Georgian Border Police have detained the BARKO dry cargo vessel flying under the Turkish flag, the Georgian Border Police told Trend.
It was detained for polluting the sea near the eighth berth of the Batumi Port.
The administrative case was filed against the captain, Turkish citizen Taskin Erchan.
He will be fined to the amount of 65,000 lari ($ 1 = 1.66 lari).
