In January-September, Azerbaijan processed over 4.78 million tons of oil compared to about 4.7 million tons in January-September 2010, SOCAR, which owns two refineries, said.
"In January-September, the largest volume of production fell to diesel fuel - about 1.78 million tons compared to over 1.84 million tons in January- September 2010," the report said.
Oil products are produced at two Baku refineries with capacity of 20 million tons of oil per year.
