Association of Microfinance Organizations of Azerbaijan (AMFA) will hold a seminar on micro-leasing, executive director Jale Hajiyeva of association told Trend on Wednesday.
"We plan to hold a two-day seminar on micro-leasing soon, however, its terms has not yet been clarified. Seminar will be aimed at those who want to work in this area," Hajiyeva said.
Hajiyeva said the seminar is held in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation.
"The association held such seminar in collaboration with the IFC two years ago, and we are interested in holding second seminar." Hajiyeva said.
The association has 29 members, including banks, microfinance and non-bank credit organizations established by international humanitarian organizations. Today, two leasing companies are members of the association.
