Within the nine months of 2012, state fees at the amount of 1.446 million manat were paid to the State Service for Control on Precious Metals at Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance for examination, analysis, probing and marking jewelry and other household articles made of precious stones.

During the reporting period, the civil service conducted inspections in 58 business entities, resulting in the tax payments to state budget in the amount of 382.15 manat, fines were paid in the amount of 54.000 manat.
Due to admission of shortcomings, protocols on administration violations have been drawn up in regard to 81 persons.
Within the nine months of 2012 entrepreneurs were granted 165 licenses, according to which state taxes were paid in the amount of 8.725 000 manat. At the present, some 1793 licenses have been issues, and taxes were paid to the amount of 8.987.000 manat.
