Economic society MTS-Turkmenistan announces an open tender for proposals for the right of performing services for the full range of activities on preventive testing of isolation resistance of lighting and power wire, as well as carrying out measurements of resistance values of protective ground loops and lightning protection at operating facilities of Economic Society MTS -Turkmenistan.
Proposals will be accepted from the date of publication of the announcement till August 9, 2013, 17:00 (local time).
The organizer will stop accepting proposals at 17:00 (local time).
Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected without organizer's consideration, regardless of the reasons for delay.
