The Turkmen Ministry of Automobile Transport announced an international tender.
The subject of the tender is to choose a technical consultant on the development of the conceptual project, followed by the technical supervision for the construction of an Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi. highway.
The consultant will be involved in drawing up the technical specifications for the design and construction of the highway, and in the tender for selecting contractors to exercise full supervision during construction work.
