Turkmenistan's Turkmennebitgazgurlushyk state concern has extended the international tender for developing the feasibility study and constructing 'turnkey' enterprises for production of basalt fiber and composite materials.
All those interested in participating in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application, indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- read the tender rules;
- get the technical requirements;
- obtain the package of technical documents by paying $1,500 and 15 percent VAT, or its equivalent in manats for participation in the tender on the non-repayable basis.
The tender bids should be submitted within 15 calendar days.
The account for transferring money for the package of tender documents will be specified upon submitting a written application.
The tender bids will be reviewed after the receipt of funds to the account.
The bids should be submitted in two envelopes. The first envelope should include the full technical specifications, as well as all necessary tender documents, while the second envelope should include only the commercial proposals for the prices.
