Azerbaijan, Serbia to sign air service agreement

Azerbaijan and Serbia have agreed on an air service agreement between the two countries, Shahin Mustafayev, the co-chairman of the commission, the minister of economy and industry, said as part of the fourth meeting of the Azerbaijani-Serbian intergovernmental commission Sept. 28.
"We think that this area is one of the priorities for the development of relations between our countries and we will strive for its rapid signing," Mustafayev said.
Mustafayev said that Azerbaijan and Serbia signed more than 25 agreements.
"We signed an agreement and an additional protocol on cooperation in science and technology between the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Serbia following the previous meeting," he said. "The draft agreements on road transport, public health and medical science and a work plan of the Azerbaijani Cultural Center in Serbia are being coordinated."
