The head of the Kazakh ForteBank has been changed, the bank said Dec. 28.
Talgat Kuanyshev was elected new chairman of the bank. Earlier, he was the first deputy chairman of the board.
Former Chairman of Board Timur Isatayev will continue participating in the bank management as a member of the Board of Directors.
ForteBank ranks eighth in Kazakhstan in terms of assets (1.027 trillion tenge) (326.38 tenge = $ 1) and third in terms of equity (170.77 billion tenge) as of early December 2015. The bank has 19 branches and 145 offices in 39 settlements of Kazakhstan, as well as the extensive acquiring network.
