Azerbaijan’s Gunay Bank JSC announced changes in its management, as Ahad Shirinov became a member of the bank’s Supervisory Board.
Shirinov replaced another member of the Supervisory Board, Famil Teymurov.
Currently, the Gunay Bank Supervisory Board includes its chairman Mahmud Mammadov and board members Ahad Shirinov and Leyla Naghiyeva, according to a message posted on the bank’s website.
Gunay Bank JSC started to operate in Azerbaijan in 1992.
The bank’s assets amounted to 98.94 million manats, while its loan portfolio stood at 95.03 million manats in the first quarter of 2016.
