Kazakhstan's GDP growth is projected at 1.9 percent in 2017, Novosti-Kazakhstan news agency quoted Minister of National Economy Kuandyk Bishimbayev as saying.
The forecast includes expectation of increase in oil production due to commissioning of the Kashagan field.
Forecast for GDP growth for 2016 is still at 0.5 percent, which was expected earlier. Inflation in 2016 is expected to reach 8.5 percent, Bishimbayev said.
Earlier Bishimbayev said that Kazakhstan's GDP growth hit 0.1 percent in 1H of 2016.
In 2015 Kazakhstan's GDP growth hit 1.2 percent, inflation stood at 13.6 percent.
