Azerbaijan’s Financial Markets Supervision Chamber has registered primary issuance of shares worth 57,000 Azerbaijani manats (1.649 AZN/USD on Nov. 3) of AvroMed LLC, said the regulator Nov. 3.
The cost of each of 1,140 shares is 50 manats.
AvroMed LLC was established in 2002. The company is the biggest importer of pharmaceutical products in Azerbaijan. Currently, it cooperates with more than 200 companies in 40 countries.
The company has offices in Baku, Ganja, Sumgait, Mingachevir, Shamakhi, Shirvan, Shaki, Lankaran, Khachmaz, Barda and Gazakh.
