The National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES) under the Economy Ministry of Azerbaijan has begun accepting investment projects on priority development areas in the Gakh district, the Economy Ministry said in a message Feb. 26.
The NFES considered it expedient to start accepting proposals of entrepreneurs on investment projects on implementation of startups, creation of horticultural farms, tobacco growing and beekeeping farms, as well as honey processing and packaging facility, tobacco processing facility and a dried tobacco warehouse.
In addition, acceptance of proposals of entrepreneurs on investment projects on creation of a hotel started.
Entrepreneurs can apply to the Fund through authorized credit organizations. Small projects can be fully financed through concessional loans.
As many as 170 million manats are planned to be issued in preferential loans to entrepreneurs in 2018.
