The average cost of 1 square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan amounted to 260,613 tenge in February 2018, increasing by 0.2 percent, compared to the previous month and compared to December 2017, the statistics committee of the Ministry of National Economy Kazakhstan said in a message.
The average cost of reselling of 1 square meter of standard housing in February amounted to 185,942 tenge (didn’t change, compared to the previous month and increased by 0.1 percent compared to December 2017), substandard housing - 114,273 tenge (decreased by 0.2 percent compared to December 2017).
The average rental price of 1 square meter of standard housing in Kazakhstan amounted to 1,335 tenge in February 2018 (0.2 percent more compared to January 2018 and 0.5 percent more compared to December 2017).
